Its team also builds the Nimbus client and has run validators since the Merge in 2022. - [Ethereum staking for institutions](https://develp.co/staking.md): Ethereum staking with the withdrawal credentials on your own address: direct staking, or a second operator beside your current one, with monthly reports. - [Ethereum staking for custodians and platforms](https://develp.co/staking/custodians.md): Ethereum staking for custodians, exchanges and wallets that stake for clients: withdrawal credentials on your addresses, reports per client and per validator. - [Ethereum staking for asset managers and funds](https://develp.co/staking/asset-managers.md): Ethereum staking for funds, exchange-traded product issuers and family offices: the custodian keeps control, and reports come by period and by validator. - [Ethereum staking for company treasuries](https://develp.co/staking/treasuries.md): Ethereum staking for companies with ETH on their balance sheet: you keep control, your board gets the risk explained and finance gets monthly reports. - [Ethereum staking for foundations, DAOs and L2s](https://develp.co/staking/foundations.md): Ethereum staking for foundations, DAOs and L2s: your multisig as the withdrawal address, a public record and proposal text for your governance. - [Staking assessment](https://develp.co/assessment.md): A review of your Ethereum staking setup: how concentrated the stake is across clients, regions, operators and relays, and what would lower the risk. ## Record and security - [Our record](https://develp.co/record.md): Zero slashings since the Merge in September 2022, and a rewards score of 99.78% against the network's 99.44% in Q3 2026. - [Security and trust](https://develp.co/security.md): How Develp protects a client's stake: withdrawal credentials on the client's address, keys generated offline, remote signing and slashing protection. ## Insights - [Insights](https://develp.co/insights.md): Research, guides, news and events on Ethereum staking for institutions. - [Correlated slashing in numbers: what it costs and what lowers it](https://develp.co/insights/correlated-slashing-in-numbers.md): A slashed validator loses more when more of the network is slashed in the same 36 days. The correlation penalty takes 3% of its balance at 1%, 15% at 5% and all of it at a third or more. On mainnet, 594 validators had been slashed in total by October 22, 2026, and two of the largest events on record involved 75 and 39 validators. For 10,000 ETH, a slashing of its validators alone costs about 25 ETH; with 5% of the network in the same window, about 1,516 ETH. Spreading a stake across operators with different setups lowers how much of it any one cause can reach. - [How institutions stake ETH: native, liquid and vault routes compared](https://develp.co/insights/how-institutions-stake-eth-native-liquid-vault.md): Native staking, liquid staking and staking vaults differ in who can start an exit, how long getting ETH back takes, what the books show and where concentration builds. In every route, validators leave through the same protocol exit queue; a liquid pool can pay a redemption from ETH it already holds when it has enough. On October 22, 2026, a 50,000 ETH native exit would have taken up to about 10.5 days, and up to about 24 days at the peak of October 2. The route comes before the choice of operator, and the questions at the end work for any provider. - [Meet the Develp team at Devcon 8 in Mumbai, November 3 to 6](https://develp.co/insights/meet-the-develp-team-at-devcon-8-in-mumbai.md): The Develp team will be at Devcon 8 in Mumbai, November 3 to 6, with a booth at the Jio World Centre. The team would like to meet organizations planning to stake ETH, those weighing a second operator, and treasury teams at foundations, DAOs and L2s. Topics include setting up before the first deposit, adding a second setup and the Glamsterdam upgrade. You can book a time with the team through the contact form. ## Company - [About](https://develp.co/about.md): About Develp, part of the Institute of Free Technology: its team builds Nimbus, one of Ethereum's consensus clients, and has run validators since the Merge. - [Talk to our team](https://develp.co/contact.md): Tell Develp what your organization needs: Ethereum staking, a second operator beside your current one or an assessment of your setup. ## Optional - [Client portal](https://develp.co/portal.md): The Develp client portal, available on request: validators, rewards, performance beside the network and reports in one place. - [Terms of use](https://develp.co/legal/terms.md): The terms that govern access to and use of the Develp website, provided by Develp GmbH, Zug, Switzerland. - [Privacy policy](https://develp.co/legal/privacy.md): How Develp GmbH handles personal data on its website: hosting and security, analytics without cookies, the forms you send and your rights.
